Collection hours are between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 4pm on Fridays.
If you are removing the mattress equipment from the bed, please ensure that:
o The equipment is placed into the bag that it was delivered in (currently located underneath the mattress)
o The bag already has the ‘decontaminated’ label removed
o The bag with the used equipment is not stored with new/unused equipment.
