What equipment is home medical equipment?
Everything we stock can be used as home medical equipment if required. Some of our clients are big medical institutions, but we also serve the general public as well. If you need home medical equipment, then please get in touch with us to let us know further details of your home and requirements. On this note, we’re also capable of delivering and installing our beds and other medical equipment upstairs as well.
What is our rental policy?
We charge at a weekly rate for our rentals. You choose the rental period, and it gets charged in advance. It’s possible to extend your rental period, but you must contact us first. We require any extra charges to be paid in advance as well.
Do we offer next day delivery?
We can deliver your medical equipment directly to you. There are different delivery options for you to choose from – including next working day delivery. Some products don’t qualify for this, so you’ll need to contact us to be 100% sure before placing an order. To qualify for next day delivery, you need to place your order before 12pm.
Do we deliver every day of the week?
Our deliveries go out on every weekday. Therefore, if you want next-day delivery for Tuesday, make sure you order by 12pm on Monday. The only exceptions are bank holidays – we don’t deliver on any of these days. Also, there are no deliveries on weekends, so please keep this in mind when placing your order.
Is there holiday medical equipment available to rent?
O’Flynn Medical supplies holiday medical equipment for different hotels and holiday rental accommodations. This is ideal for people on holiday with medical issues that demand extra care and attention. We can supply a range of things such as wheelchairs, mattresses, hoists, and so on.
Can we repair any medical equipment?
Everything, from our comfort chairs to hoists and stand aids, is manufactured to the highest standards. However, in the rare case that your medical equipment breaks or suffers a fault, then our team is more than qualified to repair it. So, if you experience any issues, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we’ll send over someone from our maintenance team.

We strongly recommend that you conduct regular maintenance and servicing on any medical equipment. If you’ve rented anything from us for a long time, then we will gladly send someone to your location to conduct routine servicing. In doing so, this extends the lifespan of our equipment.
Is everything decontaminated?
Understandably, you want to be certain that any products you rent are clean and completely decontaminated. Things like commodes and shower chairs can be particularly hard to decontaminate, but we use a state-of-the- art system to conduct this process.
Thanks to this modernised process, we meet the highest industry standards for decontamination on all medical equipment. All of our staff wear unique clean area gowns to prevent further contamination, which ensures that all equipment reaches you in perfect condition.

What payments are accepted?
Paying for your orders couldn’t be any easier. You can pay via our website, and we accept all major debit and credit cards. Alternatively, you’re more than welcome to pay through bank transfer, cheque, or even cash.
