Evacuation Sheet

The Evacuation Sheet is a transporting aid for people who require support during an emergency evacuation.  It attaches permanently to the bottom of a flexible foam mattress by means of strong elastics. It has safety belts to hold the client on the mattress and pulling straps at each end. The combination of slippery sheet and mattress which will flex, will pass through narrow doorways and down stairs. The evacuation sheet is suitable for healthcare settings where a patient may be confined to a hospital bed.
