O’Flynn Innovation are leading industry specialists in the supply of automated equipment to the healthcare sector and are currently recruiting a CUSTOMER SERVICE ENGINEER for their operations in London UK

Position:          Customer Service Engineer

Location:          London, UK (Greater London)

Salary:              TBA

Contract:          6 month Fixed Term Contract with a view to permanency upon successful completion of the probationary period.

The suitable candidate will require the following skillset;

  • An electrical/electronic background (component level repair)
  • System / machine fault diagnosis and repair
  • A good understanding of IT networks as the systems are networked through to a hosting website
  • A good understanding of system programming for installations
  • Ability to co-ordinate various aspects of system implementation
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Drivers Licence

Duties for this role will consist of;

  • Regular contact with new and existing accounts within the London and Greater London areas to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Bi-annual Preventative Maintenance on existing systems
  • Project Management for the implementation of systems to new accounts
  • Defining Customer Support processes within the organisation
  • Undertaking projects to improve customer experience

May suit candidate with knowledge in circuitry / instrumentation / mechanical engineering

The position is available immediately where full training on the units, processes and network systems will be provided.
