O’Flynn Medical is an established medical supply company operating in Ireland for over 20 years. We are currently looking for a Field Sales Representative to work in the North East of Ireland (including Dublin North) and Northern Ireland.
Qualification & Skills
- 4+ years’ field sales experience
- Strong computer skills and utilisation of CRM systems
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely while also being part of a strong sales team
- Excellent self-management and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent Negotiation and Closing Skills
- Personal integrity and ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
- Excellent salary, commission and bonus structure will be put in place for the right candidate
Field Sales Representative Responsibilities and Duties
- Prospect and qualify new sales leads
- Develop the O’Flynn Medical brand in new territories
- Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
- Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products
- Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly
- Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments
- Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
- Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
- Key Account Management. ID any issues at an early stage with our customer and ensure appropriate resolution is in place in a timely manner.
- Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities
