Installation Engineer required for Dublin / Leinster area
O Flynn Medical is a national supplier of medical equipment to hospitals and homes. The company promotes a continuous drive for quality and customer satisfaction. Complementary to this ethos we are currently seeking applicants for the position of installation engineer to work in the Dublin area within a hospital environment in a 3 month fixed term contract. This is to cater for the increased demand for the company’s products during the Covid-19 crisis.
The Role;
The candidate must have a full clean drivers licence with experience of driving a van.
The candidate must be comfortable doing deliveries and collections in a hospital environment.
Candidate will have to adhere to the strictest hygiene / infection control guidelines.
Experience working in a healthcare environment would be an advantage.
The job will entail weekend work.
The role involves working in a safe manner with due consideration for personal Health & Safety and that of co-workers and customers at all times.
Responsible for managing stock levels of products.
Providing accurate feedback to Supervisor and Key Account Manager.
Maintaining company vehicle according to Company Policy.
Demonstrate and install products on hospital wards.
The role will be primarily based in the Dublin City and county area.
The Candidate;
Excellent attention to detail.
Excellent organisational skills.
Ability to follow SOP’s.
Be a highly motivated individual who can work to set deadlines.
Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
The candidate must have excellent English both verbal and written.
Must be proficient in the use of smart phones.
Must have basic computer skills.
Must represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
Learning & Development
Full Training will be provided.
The candidate must attend company training courses/sessions which will support your continuous personal development to ensure the company’s capability keeps pace with or exceeds our customer requirements.
Salary: Negotiable.
Average working week is 39 hours in a 12-hour shift pattern.
