All CareSense monitors feature a jack for connection to a nurse call system, so a potential fall can be signalled at the nurse’s station without a loud alarm. The Advanced Bed and Chair Monitors (CSM-BC200 and CSM-BC250) also feature a Volume button to quickly change the alarm volume, and a Reset button to quickly cancel an alarm.
When used with wireless sensor pads the Wireless Advanced LCD Bed and Chair Monitor (CSM-BC400) eliminates cord tripping hazards, as well as cord damage. With its easy-to-read LCD screen, dedicated function buttons, and wireless capabilities, it’s the ideal choice when you need a fall management monitor that’s flexible enough to use with any of your residents in any situation.
Bed and Chair Sensor Pads
To meet the needs of different residents and situations, CareSense pads are available in different sizes and styles.
- Corded pads feature a breakaway cable.
- Timed pads signal the monitor when their usable life is nearing its end.
